Description

Occupational Therapy starts with understanding your client. What we must ask ourselves is this: what can we do to help ourselves in order to provide the utmost care for our clients? When you are unable to take care of yourself, taking care of those IN your care is more difficult, and your job performance can suffer. Self care, something small that you can add to your day, is one way we as Occupational Therapists can care of ourselves to perform our best.
