Since Covid-19 started, I found a new meaningful occupation of walking my dog with my husband. This daily activity requires me to arrange my busy schedule and dedicate this time in my daily routine, which I didn’t think would be possible in the past. Walking routinely has brought us physical and mental well-being, quality time as a family, and opportunity to socialize with others. This is a healthy, beneficial, and simple occupation to my family and me.
