Swimming is a meaningful occupation for me, leading to both mental & physical benefits. My grandmother taught me to swim at a very young age and as a family we always enjoyed trips to the Cornish coast & swimming in the sea. I swim as often as I can and am extremely happy that both of my children enjoy the water as much as I do. I believe that exercise of any form can be beneficial to individuals and swimming is a fabulous way to explore those benefits.
