An occupational – IADL that I enjoy is cooking. This is under the subcategory of meal preparation and clean up. Cooking is meaningful to me because I have been cooking with my grandmother at mama since a very young age. I enjoy finding new meals to cook and just improving every time. My favorite meals to cook are spaghetti, brownies, or buffalo chicken dip. I think the dinner table is one of the most important parts of the day. It’s where you socialize and reflect on your day.
