I am Paulina Jonas, a 1st year Occupational Therapist at the University of Namibia.
My doing occupation is watering plants in my mini garden at home. Yes I love plants. I love admiring Mother Nature. Doing this occupation helps me to restore from my daily activities like school work, helps me calming off my mind and mostly decompress from stressful times.
