Description

Traditionally, playing Australian Rules Football (AFL) competitively has been restricted to males only. This all changed in 2016 with the introduction of the AFL Women’s league. Joining the local “footy” team to play in the women’s competition I played amongst a diverse group of women who all supported one another to be active, healthy and play hard. Role modelling all of this and more to my children is important to me.
