Playing drums is my meaningful occupational activity. I play this instrument to decompress, release stress, and add rhythm and music into my everyday life. It also allows me to spend quality time with myself, exercise and connect the mind, body, and soul to create music or at least get disconnected from the rest of the world to enjoy music.
